The TD 134 insulated commercial sectional door has established a reputation in the overhead door industry as a tough, energy efficient door designed to meet the rigors of industrial/commercial use. TD 134’s unique, fully automated computer controlled manufacturing process, produces a state-of-the-art steel/polyurethane/steel sandwich panel that is lightweight, yet incredibly strong and energy efficient.

TD-134 FEATURES

1 3/4″ Thick – An Insulation R-Value of 16.04

Therm-O-Dor™ TD-134 features a continuous foamed-in-place polyurethane core providing an R Value of 16.04, twice the efficiency of polystyrene insulated panels.

Strength & Rigidity

Achieved by the unequalled adhesion of the steel skins to the polyurethane core. The injected foam forms an even compact block that adheres strongly to every inch of the steel.

Thermal-Break

Separates the outside and inside steel skins to reduce cold/heat conductivity and stops frost and moisture from collection on the inside of the door.

Between Section Weatherseal

Air and wind infiltration is eliminated by the use of a continuous weatherseal inserted between each section.

A Total Weatherseal System

Provided with the use of a “U” shaped bottom weatherseal that conforms to minor floor irregularities and thus keeps out the weather. The permieter of the door is sealed with the use of the steel/vinyl weatherstrip on the outside door jamb.

Virtually Maintenance Free

Door is finished with a baked-on two coat polyester paint. The inside and outside skins are of a corrosion resistant hot-dipped galvanized steel.

Insulated Windows

Inserts are mounted in a high-impact polymer frame with sealed lites of glass.

Made possible with easy to follow installation instructions that come with every door.

Quiet and Smooth Operation

Only heavy-duty hardware and top quality rollers are used to ensure long life and smooth, quiet operation.

Painted Inside and Out

The continuous seamless steel inside skin brightens the interior of the garage and is easy to keep clean. The exterior may be painted to any colour.

Warranty

The complete door is covered by a warranty against workmanship and material plus a 15 year warranty against cracking, splitting or deterioration due to rust.

Seven years against delamination of the polyurethane foam from the steel skin on the panel and one year on defects in workmanship and material. See dealer for complete warranty details.

GUIDE

Optional upgrades to components that are related to the door guide. All lifts are available in 2″ or 3″ track.
1.   High Lift – track and hardware that causes the door to rise vertically some distance above the top of the door opening before it levels out into a horizontal position. Available to meet a variety of height specifications.
2.   Vertical Lift – track and hardware that causes the door to open vertically where no horizontal tracks are required. Available to meet all height specifications.
3.   Low Lift Double Track – low headroom accessories which enable a door system to operate in minimal headroom conditions. Available to meet a variety of low headroom specifications.
